She is survived by: her children, Christina Weekly, Gina Chavez (Peggy), Angela Boyles (Jeff), John Chavez III (Donna) of St. Joseph, MO and Robert Chavez (Stephanie) of St. Joseph, MO; and her sisters, Janice Wise, Linda Hampton and Phyllis Patterson. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren.
