She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Campbell and Mary Campbell (Johnson); and her nephew Brandon Polsgrove. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Ashworth; her children, Dena McDonell, Joey Ashworth (Tammy) and Holly Ashworth (James); her grandchildren, Dakoda (Ryan), Kayla McDonell and Preston Ingrim; her great grandchildren, Paisley, Kauffman and Kingsley; her siblings, Linda Hankins (Ron) and Jesse Campbell (Terry); and her nephews, Greg Polsgrove and Davey Campbell.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to an organization of the donor's choice.
