She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Guy (Hernandez) and Glenn Guy; and her siblings, Tom, Glenn Guy, Jr. and Linda Guy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mandy Fox (Benjamin) of Wathena, KS, Lillian of St. Joseph, MO and Anna Wolfenbarger of St. Joseph, MO; her sister Joan Cudworth (Steve Wolfenbarger); her grandchildren, Seth (Jessica), Dakota (Audrey), Anissa, Jaylen, Ziva and Hazel; and her great grandchildren, Xavier, Kingston Wolfenbarger and RayLee Sharp.
The family request memorials in lieu of flowers to the Kathy Wolfenbarger Memorial Fund in care of the Rupp Funeral Home.
