Kendel G. Kafer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kendel G. Kafer of Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on May 26, 2025 at the age of 60. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kendel G. Kafer to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Kafer and Lily Kafer (Hopson); and his brother Ken Curnutte. He is survived by: his children, BreAnna Kafer (Nick Anderson), Lauren Meyer (Jeffrey), Austin Kafer (Addisyn Ishmael) and Brennan Kafer; his grandchildren, Owen Meyer, Beckham Meyer and Wyatt Anderson; the mother of his children Shelly Kafer; and his siblings, Tom Curnutte (Joan), Kerry Kafer, Kema Salata (Steve), Doug Kafer (Jyll) and Leasa Huffman (Rick). He is also survived by numerous other extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory (5005 Frederick Ave Suite A, St Joseph, MO 64506).
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Melanoma Research Foundation.
