He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Brooks and Loretta Brooks (Bradley); his stepmother Sis Brooks; his siblings, David Brooks and Vivian Joyce Brooks; and his stepgranddaughter Isabella Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Brooks; his stepdaughter Dana Foster; his stepgranddaughters, Madalyn and Rebecca Foster; and his siblings, Roger Lee Brooks (Susan), Diane Dudik (Randy) and Cathy Lewis (Everett). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Kenny's memory to AFL-CIO Community Services.
