She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Clayman and Fannye Clayman (Yanovsky); and her husband Philip Eveloff. She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer T. Welsh (Steve), Susan G. Long (John), Valerie L. Rowlett (Mike) and Leslie A. Tuttle (Gregg); her brother Eugene Clayman (Erika); and her caregivers, Lisa, Kim, Billie and Brycen Haggard. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association.
