He was predeceased by: his parents, John Neff and Barbara Neff (Roesle); and his sisters, Annette and Nancy. He is survived by: his daughter Barbara Brummer; his son-in-law Matt Brummer; his grandchildren, Payton, Brody and Kamden; his brother Ed Neff; and his sister-in-law Kristina.
