He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Abarr of Savannah, MO; his sister Carol Lee Fisher of Lenox, IA; his children, Leslie Abarr Cuenca (David) of Maryville, MO and Nicolas (Tanya) of Cedar Rapids, IA; his grandchildren, Lynne and Ian Chandler; and his great grandchild Lucy Gilbert.
No flowers or memorials are necessary, but if someone feels inclined, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
