He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Phillippe and Grace Phillippe; his wife Marilyn Goforth; his brothers, Norvin, Ronald, Dennis and Richard; and his brothers-in-law, Courtney Goforth and Larry Weiderholdt.

He is survived by: his children, Randy Phillippe of Scottsdale, AZ and Lisa Phillippe of Rochester, MN; his grandchildren, Ryan, Logan Phillippe, Zoe (Aaron), Mia and Ava Masterpole; his siblings, Guy of Idalou, TX, James of Wolfforth, TX, George of Spanaway, WA, Tom (Karla) of Helena, MO, Jerry of Portland, OR, Anna Beach of Oskaloosa, OK, Dolores Darrach (Scott) of Stanberry, MO, Julia Wood of Stanberry, MO, Charles (Linda) and Steven of Spanaway, WA.; and his sisters-in-law, Mariam Goforth of Stanberry, MO, Dee Baker of DeSmet, SD and Carol Weiderholdt of St Joseph, MO.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
