She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Holmes and Velma Holmes (Williams); her husband Raymond E. Kerns, Sr.; and her son Steven Dale King. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Scott King of St. Joseph, MO, Michael Charles King (Sharon) of Arizona, Douglas Aaron King (Sondra) of Sedalia, MO and Ray Kerns (Lucinda) of St. Joseph, MO; and her sister Lois Smith of Hollister, MO. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
