We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2023, at the age of 84, Loretta Jean Bernard of Saint Joseph, Missouri, born in Wichita, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolfo Rios and Teresa Sanchez; and her children, Michael Anthony (Melinda) and Patricia. She is survived by: her husband William Bernard; her children, William Jr. (Melanie), Carlos Antonio, Jose (Cindy), Michelle and Raquel Bernard; and her pet Sassy. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Patrick Catholic Church.
