He is survived by: his children, Linda Meyer (Daniel) of Kansas City, MO, Penny Russell (Sherrill) of Elwood, KS, Terry Campbell (Jesse), Holly Meade (Gary) and Perry McCrea; and his grandchildren, Amber, Chuck Rhein, Bo, Dave, Jamie Campbell, Adam Meyer, Monica, Chris Gieker, Danille, Shane Begley, Zach, Tasha Meade, Levi, Jessecca Meade, Jay, Roxanna Russell, Beth Ann and Dusty Thornton. He is also survived by 25 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
