He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce Smith and Louis Smith; and his sister Candy Elaine Smith. He is survived by: his significant other Janice Lee Gatewood; his children, Nicholas Smith (Kristen) of Amazonia, MO, Amber Mathes, Todd Westcott (Jenny) and Shay Lynn Mace (Michael) of Utica, MO; his sisters, Helena Sale, Nadine Smith and Molly Smith; his brother-in-law Larry Osborn; his grandchildren, Maci, Hunter, Jace and Dallas Smith; and also Tom Romi (Frankie). He is also survived by numerous other grandkids and great grandkids.
