She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Dowd and Wanda Dowd (Butler); her brother Thomas Dowd; and her son Brian Stull. She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Stull-Marquez; her grandsons, Tyler and Andrew Marquez; her siblings, Ella Marzack, Sue Rerick, Charles (Vicki) of Washington, Michael of Washington, James of Washington and Matthew Dowd (Nicole) of Washington; and her friend Valerie Mackley. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
