She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lee and Lucy Blanche Provolt (Friley); her husband Edgar McCollum; her daughter Sherry Lynn Runyan; her grandson Raymond Lynn Runyan; her siblings, John Lee Provolt, Gladys Atkins, Mildred Quinn and Loretta Joyce Barnes; and her sister-in-law Frances McCollum.
She is survived by: her son-in-law John Runyan of St. Joseph, Missouri; her grandson Franklin John Runyan of St. Joseph, Missouri; and her sister Rhoda Leah Tirrell of St. Joseph. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
