She was predeceased by: her spouse Mannuel Paxton; her parents, James Curnutt and Bessie Curnutt (Giffin); and her brothers, Col. John R. Curnutt and Walter Preston Curnutt.
She is survived by: her sisters, Martha Louise Ferguson and Barbara Ann Frankum (Dale). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to First Baptist Church in Savannah, MO.
