He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeffery Foster and Celeste Foster (Barber); and his brother Jeff Foster. He is survived by: his brother John Vance (Jonna); and his nieces and nephews, Jessica Vance Dawson, Hanna Vance, Cherice Foster and Cyrus Foster.
