We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2021, at the age of 81, Marlous Hawkins (Saint Joseph, Missouri), born in Wahpeton, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Fruetel and Irene Fruetel; her former husband Milton Haedt; her husband Emmett Hawkins; her children, Tim Haedt (Khris), Jody Paden (Bryan) and Diane Fuller of Castle Rock, CO; her brothers, Mike Fruetel (Vicki) of Grand Forks, ND and Steve Fruetel of Grand Forks, ND; and her grandchildren, Jess Herbster (Tyler), Annika Franken (Aaron), Jared Paden (Korri), Mallory Valenstein (Eric), Natalie Tarkowski (Andrew), Nick Haedt (Jordan) and Bryce Paden (Hannah). She was also cherished by 18 great-grandchildren.
