She was predeceased by: her father Frank Lopez; and her son Michael Clements. She is survived by: her husband Marion Clements; her daughter Michelle Clements; her grandchildren, Alexis Clements and Zachery Clements (Sarah Insco); and her pet Cosmo Kramer.
In place of flowers, the family extends the option to make a charitable donation in Martha's name to the St. Joseph Animal Shelter.
