He is survived by: his wife Helen Gladden (Rathburn); his children, Connie Archdekin (Dale II) of Prairie Village, KS, Wayne "Broom" Gladden (Mary Jane Frazier), Marvin "Sam" Gladden (Debbie), L. C. Gladden of Manhattan, KS, Terry Gladden and Sonja Ruhnke (Robin) of Troy, KS; his grandchildren, Dale Archdekin III, Courtney Whiteley, Garrett Archdekin, Justin Gladden, Jason Gladden and Myles Matthews; and his great grandchildren, Logan Gladden, Adrian, Evyn Archdekin, Jagger and Hallie Gladden. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
