She was predeceased by: her parents, Marjorie Spradlin and Albert Spradlin; her former husband John Cox (James Cook); and her sister Martha Bomberger. She is survived by: her children, Pam Hughes (Kenny) of St. Joseph, Sonya Wilson (Shawn) of St Joseph and John Cox (Traci) of Maysville, MO; her sisters, Betty Stancil of Dearborn, MO and Rosella Mathis of Nortonville, KS; and her grandchildren, Jamie, Coby, Patience, Torrie, Blair and Daven. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
