He was predeceased by: his parents, Sharon Ziph and Thomas Ziph. He is survived by: his wife Heather Ziph; his son Michael Ziph; his brother Sean Ziph (Colleen); his aunts, Mary Jo Reser and Shirley Murphy; his stepmother Brandy Ziph; and his stepsisters, Lyndsey Whitney and Amanda Myers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Heart of America Chapter of the Alzheimers's Association in Matt's memory.
