He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Nelson and Vernon Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Sherri; his children, Marlon (Dee) of Fremont, NE, Brad (Diane) of Arlington, TX, Brian (Pam) of Columbus, NE and Kim Dreiling (Frank) of Denver, CO; and his stepchildren, Chuck Leichleiter (Cheryl) of Lincoln, NE, Rhonda Roumph (Jeff) of St. Joseph, MO and Ann Eckley of Plattsmouth, NE. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Union Star First Baptist Church Children's Fund.
