He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert McIntosh and Freda McIntosh (Ray). He is survived by: his children, Faith, Samantha and Alex; and his siblings, Alvin Vance (Karla), Stan McIntosh (Kim), Mike McIntosh (Kammie), Nancy McIntosh, Diane McIntosh and Juanita McIntosh. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
