She was predeceased by: her parents, Montie Evelyn and Harold Hawk Sr.; her brothers, Leroy, Jerry, Gary and Harold L. Hawk, Jr.; and her nieces, Kim Hawk-Miller and Vickie Lynn Hawk.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Brenda Hawk-Bachmann of Omaha, NE, Cheryl Hawk-Bendt of Omaha, NE, Patsy Hawk-Mills, Mary Ann Hawk-Singer of Myrtle Beach, SC, Gary Morrison of Hudson, FL, Terry Morrison of Moran, KS, Christopher Hawk, Michelle Hawk-White and Tasha Hawk-Batson of Bakersfield, CA. She is also survived by several great nieces & nephews, and cousins.
