She was predeceased by: her parents, Adrienne Francis and Herbert Francis; and her brother-in-law Bill Clinton. She is survived by: her children, Chad Blenden (Lisa) of St. John's, FL and Alexis Blenden of El Dorado, AR; her sisters, Debi Clinton (Bill) of St. Joseph and Jennifer Baber (Frank) of Olathe, KS; her grandchildren, Ashtyn, Chase, Colton and Adam Blenden; her great grandchild Caelan Blenden; her siblings' children, Josh, Nick Newton, Jeremy Baber and Kaylee Clinton; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Adrianna Clinton, Emma Newton, Dylan, Caleb, Ayden and Gabe Newton; and her caregivers, Lisa Chalfant and Lisa Gabriel.
