We announce the death of Nancy A. Ford (Saint Joseph, Missouri), who passed away on October 11, 2026, at the age of 69. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Reeder and Aline Reeder; her grandparents, William and Rose Coder; and her brother-in-law Thomas Meyer.
She is survived by: her husband David (David Elrod); her son Gregory David (Dawn Ashley); her grandchildren, Caroline Olivia of St. Joseph and Roman Clifford of St. Joseph; her siblings, Tammy Meyer of Jefferson City, MO, Harry (Pat) of Parkville, MO and Dwayne (Jennette) of Delray Beach, FL; her aunt Renate Coder of St. Joseph, MO; her cousins, Mike Klamm, Candy Albers, Liam, Lincoln and Lennox; her friends, Jennifer, Shelli and Missy; and her nephew Liam. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory (5005 Frederick Ave, Suite A, St Joseph, MO 64506). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Christ Episcopal Church or Mosaic Hospice.
