She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Diggs (Smith) and Estell Diggs; her husband Albert Franklin Yowell; and her siblings, Carrol Smith, Sheldon Diggs, Kenneth Diggs, Glenn Diggs and Alice Stegall.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Baker (Roger) of St. Joseph and Todd Yowell (Ann) of Thailand; her grandchildren, Dathan Pettis (Marissa) of St. Joseph and Cayleigh Pettis-Kelly (Kyle) of Kansas City; her great grandchild Cayco Pettis; and her brother Larry Diggs. She is also survived by her children and their spouses, her grandchildren and great-granddaughter, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Rupp Funeral Home (6054 Pryor Ave, St Joseph, MO 64504).
