She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Carter and Clifton Carter; her son Kevin Russell; and her sister Sharon Wood. She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Russell (Angie) of St. Joseph, Tommy Russell, Jr. (Sherri) of Clarksdale, MO and Eldon Armstrong (Erin) of St. Joseph; and her siblings, Phyllis Applegarth of Maysville, MO and Dean Carter of St. Joseph, MO. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
