He was predeceased by: his father Jack Foster Karr; his uncle Dick Karr; and his grandparents, L. R., Arthena Schildtknecht, Eva and Melvin Karr.

He is survived by: his mother Sharon Dee Graham (Schildtknecht); his sisters, Pam Bowman and Jackie Ross; his nieces, Brandice Ross and Samantha Ross (Kevin Willcuts); his nephew Nicholas Ross; his great-niece Airyonna Sunshine King; his uncle Larry Schildtknecht (Lisa); and his aunts, Diana Fox, Linda Lammers (Earl), Kathy Shane and Renita Hull (Chuck).
