Cates; her children, Michael Sissel (Bobbie) and Lisa J. Sissel (Brian Hughes); and her brother Richard William Hughes. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Friends of Parkville Animal Shelter (FOPAS) or to an animal shelter of your choice, honoring Norma's love for animals.
