She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Gustafson and Gladys Earl Gustafson; her husband Kenneth Smith; her children, Cliff and Glenn Smith; her stepfather Tom Lindsey; her siblings, Gordon Earl Gustafson, Pearl Earlene Boone and Cleo Irene Tozier; and her grandson Shane Anthony Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Smith Jr. and Wanda Smith; her grandchildren, Charles, Danielle, Katie Smith and Bradley Shane Richardson; and her nieces and nephews, Sandra, Bobby Perdue, Tony, Tammy Ford, Loreene Ransbottom, Lynnda Tozier and Jonathan Lipe.
