It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Jo Kemp of Saint Joseph, Missouri, born in Atchison, Kansas, who passed away on August 4, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert L. Hanshaw and Bernice Dame Hanshaw; her children, Shannon Kemp, Karen Kemp of Atchison, KS and Brenda Wilson of Kansas City, MO; and her siblings, Terry Hanshaw of Atchison, KS, Evelyn McLaughlin of Muscotah, KS, Velvet Miller of Tonganoxie, KS and Robert "Bob" Hanshaw. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren and two great -great grandchildren.
