He was predeceased by: his father Roger Berger; his wife Tara Michelle O'Callaghan; his grandmother Alene Berger; and his pet Sadie. He is survived by: his children, Annalie Jean Berger and Lucas Dean Berger; his mother Trish Berger of Great Bend; his siblings, Chris Berger (Megan) of Great Bend, Sarah Berger (Jacob Wilson) and Lydia Burress (Seth) of Great Bend; his grandfather-in-law Jeanne Webb of St. Jospeh, Missouri; and his brother-in-law John O'Callaghan (Jenny) of St. Joseph, Missouri. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bryant Funeral Home (1425 S Patton Rd, Great Bend, KS 67530).
