Phyllis touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph H. Chappell and Lola M. Chappell (Cannon); her husband Richard L. Dixon; her sons, Ricky and Michael Dixon; her siblings, Stewart, Leon, Lyle Chappell and Euphora Crane; and her son-in-law Doug Seiter.
She is survived by: her children, Alana Nash (Pat), David Dixon, Tim Dixon (Terri) and Lori Seiter; her daughters-in-law, Rosemary Dixon and Barbara Dixon; and her sisters, Frances Green (John) and Carol Noel. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Patee Park Baptist Church.
