She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Swisegood and Mildred Swisegood (Jackson); her husband Edward Hoyt; her sister Beverly Bufford; and her nephew Tim Bufford.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Beckett, Cheryl Straight and Kelli Cobb (Bill); and her grandchildren, Aaron Williams (Lindsey), Caitlin VanSchoiack (Andrew), Cale Straight, Bethany Beckett (Taylor Osteen), Joseph Cobb, Jacob Cobb (Elenore) and Joshua Cobb. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
