We bid farewell to Rachel Lauren Chaney of Saint Joseph, Missouri, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 19, 2025 at the age of 40. Rachel Lauren touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her father Preston Chaney. She is survived by: her mother Cathy Craig Bainter; her brother Jason LaFollette; her aunts and uncles, Steve Craig, David, Rebecca Schmidt and Susan Craig; her cousins, Gresham Dale, Aidan Simmons and Tom Schmidt; and her pet Ellie.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 5:45 PM to 7:30 PM at the St. Joseph Country Club (50 Ridgeland Rd, Country Club, MO 64505).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Noyes Home for Children.
