Milligan of Saint Joseph, Missouri, born in Jameson, Missouri, who passed away on November 27, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Richard and Emma Esther Milligan (Babbitt); and his siblings, Wanda (Tom), Verl and Donald.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his children, Kim Pistole (Kevin) of Columbia and Kyle Milligan (Leigh) of St. Joseph; his great grandchild Maddison; his sister-in-law Kathy; and his brother Delbert (Patsy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
