He was predeceased by: his father Melvin L. Miller; and his stepfather James Hayes, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Donna W. Miller (Sloan); his children, Kaitlynn and Raechel Miller; his brother Michael Miller (Kelly); his nephews, Michael II and Drew Miller; and his uncle Richard Sloan.
