She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester T. Wegenka and Josephine E. Wegenka (Zawodny); her husband Tom Van Lone; and her son Tom Van Lone. She is survived by: her children, Christie Trull (Gene) and Connie Van Lone (Tom); her cousins, Sharon Wegenka (James), John Zawodny and Marlene Drag; her friend Kathy Kelsey; and her sister-in-law Connie Hladik (Rudy).
