She was predeceased by: her husband Don Jensen; and her daughter Renee. She is survived by: her son Rick Holtsclaw (Elena Franco) of Kansas City; Becky Holtsclaw (Paul Gordon) of Colorado Springs, CO.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
