He is survived by: his former wife Kathleen Kalin; his children, Alicia Minor (John) and Jerome Ingram (Shelby Dorfman); his siblings, Ruth Orthengran and John Ingram (Juli); and his sister-in-law Peggy Ingram. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
