He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Blanchard and Roseanne Blanchard. He is survived by: his wife Fern Miller; and his children, Angela Jacobs, Amanda Heath (Jeff), Stephanie Blanchard (Bobby), Linda Blanchard (Austin), Jennifer Swinney (Jerry), Doug Heimbaugh (Mindi) and Jason Blanchard (Jesse). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
