He is survived by: his children, Gail Flory (Francis), Bridgett Cosgrove (Bill), Jody L. Burton (Sue), Wendy Higgins and Brandi McDaniel; his siblings, Tracy McDaniel and Carol Beal (Vaughn); and his sister-in-law Sandra McDaniel. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory (5005 Frederick Ave, Suite A, St Joseph, MO 64506). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Leavenworth National Cemetery.
The family suggests memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
