He was predeceased by: his parents, James Miller and Mary Miller; his wife Betty Cadwallader; his parents-in-law, Dent and Janice Morriss; his nephew Eric Thompson; his nieces, Mary Andres and Lisa Andres; his brother-in-law Kirby Wagner; his close friend Clarence Pixler; and his mother-in-law May Jarvis.
He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Thomas (Marty); his grandchildren, Ryan Thomas (Chris), Megan Thomas-Witkowski (Jim) and Josh Thomas (Jay); his siblings, Jim Miller (Connie), Janet Wagner, Debbie Despain (Harry) and Tammy Berry (Steve); his sisters-in-law, Linda Gentzell (Dennis) and Brenda Marney (David); his niece Hallie Morriss-Thompson; and his friends, Larry, Kathy Archer, Doris Pixler and Beverly Garland. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
