He was predeceased by: his parents, George Johnson and Cleo Johnson; his siblings, Duane, Gary Johnson and Gena Rae Johnson-Shores; his nephews, Mike Shores and George Johnson; and his niece Debra Stoltz.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy June of Hamilton; his son Jason Johnson (Teresa); his grandsons, Austin Johnson (Katie Graves) and Miles Johnson (Emily Camacho); his great grandchild Stetson Lee; and his siblings-in-law, Frank Shores, Carolyn Johnson and Joan Dickau. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Mosaic Hospice.
