He is survived by: his wife Frances M. Radford; his son Richard Lynch; his stepchildren, Sunshine Amthauer (Steve), Ken Duncan (Carolyn) and Gary Duncan (Teresa); his grandchildren, Heidi Lynch, Nolan Lynch, Foster Lynch, Thaddeus O'Brien, David Duncan, Christopher Duncan, Mike Duncan, Sara Beth Cardon, Kaytlin Duncan, Arthur Duncan and Mathew Duncan; his great grandchildren, Liam Duncan, Hattie Duncan, Harper Duncan, Makenna Duncan, Jace Duncan and Nathan Cardon; and his siblings, Delories Simpson and Janice Jeannotot.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory (5005 Frederick Ave Suite A, St Joseph, MO 64506). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Masonic Lodge or First Lutheran Church.
