He was predeceased by: his father Rodger D. Kerns Sr.; and his brother Mike Kerns. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Kerns; his children, Skylar Starks, Brody Kerns and Colbie Kerns; and his siblings, Rick (David Kerns) and Tammy Kerns.
A reception will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Rupp Funeral Home (6054 Pryor Ave, St Joseph, MO 64504).
