He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville L. Duckworth and Helen M. Austin (Campbell); and his brother Marvin Duckworth. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lee Erler; his children, Roger Ed Duckworth, Sharon Duckworth-Ratliff (Scott), David Duckworth and Lisa Ransom (Chris); and his sister Shirley Poole. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the American Parkinson Disease Association.
