He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy I. Miller (Wrenn) and Lester Miller; and his brother Sam Miller. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Miller; his son Paul Miller; his siblings, John Miller (Katheren), Max Miller (Linda), Dan Miller and Linda Reed; and his pet Bo. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
